We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all products sold on shop.However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
Just make sure to contact us within 3 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If you have paid through electronic means (Credit card) then the money would be refunded to your card. Depending on individual’s bank requirements, the refunded amount may take up to a month to reflect on your card statement. Please note that your refund will only include what Store has initially charged you. We not responsible for any return shipping charges/expenses.
Products that may NOT be returned are as follow:
• Clearance Items
• Items whose original packaging has been opened, tampered or altered
• Items whose serial number does not match our records
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong (not what you ordered) or defective, we will arrange for the item to be collected and exchanged free of charge. However, you must return the item in the same condition you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact.
